Rebecca Zhou is an independent consultant; working closely with her clients, she helps them define or refine their customer experience from a holistic perspective—across brand, messaging, content, user experience, digital product, engineering and marketing.

After working with her clients to identify the correct strategy for the project at hand, Rebecca then drafts the right talent partners to collaborate with and works to shepherd the project and team at-large from start to finish.

She is also the co-founder of OFFHOURS, an in-activewear brand, that she runs with David McGillivray.
